The Dancing Line from SOM simple speaks for itself. It has a sleek design with very sexy curves. I cannot wait seeing this prototype chaise being available in the market to accommodate those hungry contemporists. Commissioned by the Formica Corporation, the Dancing Line is made from plywood substrate finished with a white plastic laminate, which is famous with the company. For added comfort and security, the dancing line also has a microdot surface texture on the seat that will prevent this beautiful chaise from slippage. The Dancing Line’s lounger has an untraditional geometry that shows the prototype chaise material’s flexibility.
