Monolith Dining Table Sculpture by Gioia Design

A dining table for ten will surely occupy large space in your dining area. However, the Monolith dining table by Gioia Meller Marcovicz does not. Monolith is a sculpture uniquely designed with a purpose. The Monolith is not just a simple dining table that accommodates ten people. The table will let you save some space if you are to unfold the said structure. In addition, the monolith is made entirely from stainless sheet, which made it astonishingly shining elegant. Its tabletop is attached to the base and lies on a bed of rollers, while the chairs are fitted with hinges that can be folded up fit into the table and folded down for sitting purposes. The table also has custom made hinges that connects to plates that can be open out to a full sized table. – via
