Relaxing on a hammock is very rejuvenating especially if it’s done outdoors during summer as the gentle breeze swings you back and forth. Normally, a hammock is constructed from soft materials but not the Wood Hammock. As the name suggests, this one of a kind hammock by Adam Cornish is constructed from a single piece plywood and looks like a very nice garden furniture piece. If I were to use this hammock, I probably would lay some soft cushion on it like a comforter or mattress and get a relaxing siesta. I find this excellent design closely similar to a rattan hammock. You surely know what I mean if you have seen one or have lived in countries with this type of hammock particularly in South East Asia. -via
